Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Bayonne, New Jersey is seeking a BCaBA to join our growing team. You will supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, assess client needs, and collaborate with families and schools to deliver high-quality ABA therapy.

This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, generous compensation ($50,000–$65,000) and benefits, plus growth opportunities and flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active state licensure in NJ or ability to obtain is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
• Analyze clinical data and drive meaningful progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers.
• Support and empower families through education and guidance.
• Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills.
