Headrise ABA in Pleasantville, New Jersey seeks a part-time BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. Earn $75–$100/hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Role includes supervising Behavior Technicians, supporting families, and tracking client progress to drive better outcomes.

Flexible scheduling with in-person, remote, or hybrid options. Active BCBA certification required; NJ LBA license preferred and upcoming requirement.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• LBA license issued by the State of New Jersey preferred (will be required soon).
• Experience with autism and children preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards.
