Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA license required.
• Proficiency in ABA assessments and treatment plan development.
• Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and interpret skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
• Create individualized, evidence‑based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
• Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.
• And of course… pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee our trusted partner's ABA clinic in Cameron, NC. Compensation & Details

• Job Title: Clinical Director (BCBA certification required)
• Salary: Total annual compensation can range from $102,600-$117,600, bonuses included
  • Annual Base Salary: $90,000-$105,000 per year
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $12,600 per year in billable-based bonus potential
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Setting: Clinic-based services
• Caseload Size: Average of 5 clients, 20% supervision encouraged for each client
• Billable Requirement: 14 hours/week
• Location: Cameron, NC
