Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide direct supervision to RBTs and implement supervision plans under a BCBA.

You will collect data, train families, and maintain documentation while collaborating with BCBAs and clinical directors in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans developed under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor treatment progress.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with company, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
