Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a BCaBA to join our Fort Wayne or Auburn, IN team. You will supervise RBTs, implement individualized behavior plans, and track client progress within a supportive interdisciplinary setting.

This full-time or part-time role offers collaboration with BCBAs, ongoing professional development, and a mission-driven environment focused on high-quality ABA care for children.

Qualificações

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision and clinical support to RBTs.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Analyze client data to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families for skill generalization.
• Complete clinical documentation per company, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
