Job summary

Ability Builders is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Fort Wayne or Auburn, IN. This full-time salary or part-time hourly role supports BCBAs and an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families.

You'll supervise RBTs, implement and monitor behavior plans, collect data, train caregivers, and maintain compliant clinical documentation. Competitive compensation and strong growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to travel between client locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans developed under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor treatment progress.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with company, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain ethical standards outlined by the BACB.
