Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA services for children with ASD. You will develop individualized treatment programs, supervise staff, analyze data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to technicians and staff.
• Train families and staff in ABA principles and strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in parent, treatment team, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director and others to ensure quality care.
• Maintain supervision and productivity requirements.
• Complete clinical documentation, data collection, and billing accurately.
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards, Michigan licensure, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
• Advocate for safety and well-being of individuals served.
