Job summary

Brite ABA is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our BCBA-led team in South Florida. The role supports RBTs, designs and implements programs, and collaborates with families and school staff to deliver high-quality ABA services in a hybrid, flexible setting.

Full-time or part-time opportunities, competitive hourly pay ($35–$50), paid supervision, and strong onboarding. We value ethical care, sustainable caseloads, and professional growth within a supportive, family-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, family-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Support RBTs with implementation of BCBA-developed and approved programs.
• Model teaching procedures and behavior strategies during sessions.
• Assist with RBT onboarding and case-specific training.
• Conduct probes and assist with program updates under BCBA direction.
• Review session data and prepare summaries for BCBA review.
• Collaborate with caregivers and provide parent training support.
• Collaborate with school staff using BCBA-approved goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
