Florida Behavioral & Health Consultants Inc. is seeking a BCaBA to join our Hollywood, FL team, supervising RBTs and developing individualized behavior plans to support clients with developmental challenges.

You will conduct functional assessments, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and professionals to deliver comprehensive, ethical care. A BCaBA credential with a relevant degree is required, along with strong communication and transportation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and ethical guidelines.
• Compassionate demeanor and commitment to client success.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor and analyze client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress reports.
• Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and related fields.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
• Provide training and support for families on behavior management techniques.
