Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plan implementation across in-home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina. You will assist with supervision of RBTs, collaborate with BCBAs on client progress, and participate in family training while maintaining thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification (BACB) required.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs to promote ethical care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings and work across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of clinical records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
