Job summary

St. Louis Arc in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through person-centered, evidence-based practices.

This full-time, exempt position offers a predictable daytime schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative team. You will design and implement behavior support plans, participate in planning meetings, observe behavior, and develop data-driven reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field or a degree with 225 ABA coursework
• Current BCaBA Certification
• Current Missouri Licensure as an Assistant Behavior Analyst
• Two years of experience with adults with IDD
• Experience supervising and implementing behavior plans preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors
• Participate in person-centered planning and treatment team meetings
• Observe behavior and complete initial assessments and track progress
• Develop and deliver staff training on plans and evidence-based strategies
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs as required
• Determine data needs and reporting mechanisms for staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for progress and plan adjustments
• Conduct in-service trainings to enhance staff understanding
• Provide documentation and reports per requirements
