Job summary

St. Louis Arc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time, salaried role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and the chance to contribute to person-centered, evidence-based practices.

You will design behavior plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining compliance with BACB and state requirements. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification.
• Current Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Two years of experience with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising and implementing behavior plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement behavior support plans to improve adaptive behaviors.
• Participate in person-centered planning and treatment team meetings.
• Observe behavior and complete initial assessments; modify plans as needed.
• Develop and deliver staff training on behavior plans and interventions.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs per requirements.
• Determine data needs; create reporting for staff use.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Conduct in-service trainings to enhance staff understanding.
• Provide documentation and reports per requirements.
