Job summary
St. Louis Arc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maplewood, MO. The role offers a predictable Mon–Fri daytime schedule and a focus on person-centered, evidence-based practices.
You will design and implement behavior support plans, supervise RBTs, train staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve client outcomes. Salary is $75,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Two years of experience with adults with IDD preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
- Participate in person-centered planning and treatment team meetings.
- Observe behavior and conduct initial assessments; adjust plans as needed.
- Provide staff training on behavior support plans and interventions.
- Provide supervision to RBTs following regulatory requirements.
- Collect data and report progress to the team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor progress.
- Lead in-service trainings and workshops for staff and caregivers.
- Document and report in line with agency and regulatory requirements.
