Job summary

Mercy Plus seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support children across Michigan autism centers. You will work under a BCBA to assess, plan, and implement programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and engage families with compassionate care.

A clear path toward BCBA certification is available as Mercy Plus grows. You will contribute to assessments, program development, and data-driven decisions, while coordinating with the care team and supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification in good standing and active MI license or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required for role.
• Practice under BCBA supervision per BACB supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Implement and adjust programming based on client progress data.
• Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians on caseload.
• Provide parent and caregiver training as part of ongoing treatment.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and care team.
