Job summary

Mercy Plus in Michigan is seeking a BCaBA-certified clinician to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise Behavior Technicians, monitor progress, and provide parent training. The role emphasizes flexibility with a 25 billable hour weekly core, center-based activity, and allowed remote work for non-billable tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and BCaBA certification requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a supervising BCBA and clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans and programming
• Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and center leadership
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and payer requirements
• Support high-quality, ethical ABA services across your caseload
