Mercy Plus is seeking a Clinical Assistant to bridge the gap between completed fieldwork and BCBA/BCaBA certification. You will work with experienced clinicians, gain hands-on ABA experience, and develop clinical judgment under supervision.

Qualifications

• Completed fieldwork hours toward BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• Preparing for BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Interest in developing advanced clinical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, families, technicians, and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services and support client treatment plans.
• Assist with assessments and clinical data collection.
• Support data analysis and treatment programming.
• Gain exposure to behavior plan development and implementation.
• Assist with clinical documentation and treatment updates.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, technicians, families, and center leadership.
• Support technicians with implementation of clinical programs.
• Participate in supervision, mentorship, and clinical development.
