Job summary

Mercy Plus is seeking a Clinical Director – BCBA to provide clinical leadership while maintaining a hands-on client-care role. You will supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, and technicians, balance center needs with leadership duties, and ensure high-quality ABA services across centers.

The role emphasizes mentorship, program development, and collaboration with operations. A BCBA and Master’s degree are required, with flexibility for home-based non-billable work as needed.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience providing clinical supervision and mentorship.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with team leadership and center needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the center.
• Mentor, support, and develop BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Maintain a manageable clinical caseload of approximately 15–20 billable hours per week.
• Oversee clinical quality, treatment planning, and client outcomes.
• Support assessments, behavior intervention plans, and program development.
• Provide supervision and parent/caregiver training as needed.
• Partner with center operations and regional clinical leadership.
• Monitor clinical performance, documentation, and payer requirements.
• Support clinician development and accountability.
• Help foster a collaborative, supportive clinical culture.
• Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and organizational standards.
