Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism seeks a BCaBA to support individualized ABA treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under BCBA supervision, you will collect data, adjust interventions, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to advance communication, social, and life skills.

You will also train and supervise Behavior Technicians, participate in team meetings, and ensure documentation and ethical standards are met, supporting a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Current BCaBA certification with BACB.
• Michigan LABA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior interventions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and analyze learner data to evaluate progress and guide decisions.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and programming.
• Coach and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Support staff training on ABA principles.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in meetings with families and clinical team.
• Document accurately and timely; ensure compliance with ethics and HIPAA.
