Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism is seeking a BCaBA to support individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents with ASD. The role involves data collection, progress analysis, and direct services under BCBA supervision, with collaboration across families and the clinical team.

The position emphasizes ethics, documentation, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, team-based environment. Michigan licensure is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress and support decisions.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Coach and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians implementing programs.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to drive learner outcomes.
• Complete documentation accurately and maintain compliance with policies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

Current BCaBA certification (BACB)
