Job summary

Qualifications

• Independently licensed or certified.
• Three+ years' experience with developmental disabilities and/or ASD.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision to BCBA/BCaBA/RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Develop and monitor behavioral intervention plans and supervise staff.
• Review FBAs and behavior support plans for accuracy and measurability.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend psychiatric appointments as needed.
• Ensure staff productivity, scheduling, and documentation meet regulatory and company standards.
