Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) for our Matthews, NC area. This role involves day-to-day case management within a hybrid work-from-home setup and requires collaborating with clinical staff to design and monitor treatment plans.

You will mentor technicians, conduct assessments, maintain records, and support families through training and education, while upholding HIPAA and Gateway policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university aligned with BACB guidelines.
• BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Active state license, when applicable, in good standing.
• 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Travel to in-homes and local clinics.
• Previous supervision experience preferred.
• Crisis management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized programming based on evaluations and client needs.
• Lead and mentor technicians on treatment plan implementation and quality of care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design maintenance treatment programs.
• Maintain accurate records, client notes, data and reports.
• Engage parents/caretakers in training for relevant treatment techniques.
• Attend trainings and stay compliant with HIPAA and Gateway policies.
