Job summary

Proud Moments is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to apply clinical ABA expertise under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help implement individualized treatment plans and support families in understanding results and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis or Verified Course Sequence.
• Current BCaBA certification or LaBA license and plan to sit BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Ability to collaborate with Proud Moments BCBAs to comply with BCaBA requirements.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Customize and implement evidence-based treatment plans for adaptive and self-care skills, emotional development and communication.
• Make strategic environmental modifications to improve behavior.
• Adapt techniques to reduce interfering behaviors such as repetition and self-injury.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity and professional standards.
