Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies, LLC (AST) is seeking a BCaBA to join our Tucson team. As Assistant Behavioral Analyst, you will supervise a small team of Behavior Technicians under a BCBA, provide mentorship, and help implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism.

You will contribute to parent training, write progress notes, and participate in regular team meetings. We value clinical curiosity, integrity, and parent partnership in delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year experience with children with autism.
• Eligible to sit for BCaBA certification.
• Extensive prior experience with applied behavior analysis.
• Strong communication and writing skills; bilingual valued.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a BCBA.
• Oversee a team of Behavior Technicians and clinical programs.
• Support parent training and education.
