Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies, LLC is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst in California to lead a team of 2–4 Master’s-level Supervisors and supervise 15–25 Behavior Technicians. This is a leadership role with growth in salary, incentive opportunities, and professional development.

AST emphasizes data-driven practice, ongoing CEUs, and research participation while supporting families with ethical, quality-led services. This position includes a $5k sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA working with children with autism.
• Supervision fluency, including performance monitoring of clinical team and consistent utilization of a system to monitor client progress during field supervision.
• Fluency/independence in navigating challenging situation with families, funding sources or staff.
• Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates (Regional Center, Insurance, School Districts).
• Timely submission of reports.
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Understanding prerequisite skills across domains, goal progression and how to address programming issues.
• Fluency in reviewing client's authorized hours and maximizing hours for a caseload.
• Independence in creating fade-out plans derived from caregiver input and progress.
