Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies, LLC (AST) in Tucson, AZ seeks a Managing Technician to lead day-to-day ABA services for children with autism under a Behavior Analyst's supervision. The MT delivers protocol-based treatment, guides junior staff, and ensures accurate data collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Enrolled, or planning to enroll, in a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Minimum 1 year experience working in ABA.
• BCBA eligible or hours toward certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients.
• Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidance.
• Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as needed.
• Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to policy.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all company compliance policies.
