Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll provide supervision, mentor technicians, and partner with families to support school and life success.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles, with a $10k sign-on bonus, CEU opportunities, a development stipend, and access to LEARN Behavioral and cross-team support to advance your clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within the next 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).
• Commitment to AST values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
