Total Spectrum/LEARN Behavioral is seeking a BCaBA to support supervision, protocol delivery, and family guidance in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise under BCBA direction, modify treatment protocols, and provide hands-on treatment and family coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level ABA professional required.
• BCaBA certification or exam within 3 months preferred.
• Experience supervising cases and guiding families.

Responsibilities

• Assist behavior analysts in supervising cases.
• Modify protocols as directed.
• Deliver treatment by protocol.
• Provide family treatment guidance.
• Document services accurately and timely.
