Job summary

Total Spectrum is hiring a BCaBA to join LEARN Behavioral as part of a nationwide provider group. You will supervise cases, modify treatment protocols, and deliver protocol-driven therapy to children with autism. This role offers collaborative leadership and ongoing training within LEARN Behavioral.

The position emphasizes assent-based, person-centered care, with access to experienced leaders and a broad support network; a $5k sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• BCaBA certification or eligibility within the next 3 months.
• Supervision hours in progress or completed per BACB requirements.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism following established protocols.
• Supervise cases, modify protocols, and deliver treatment with fidelity.
• Offer family treatment guidance and collaborate with behavior analysts.
