H-E-B is seeking a Line Cook / BBQ Pitmaster to deliver fast, fresh, and friendly service in a busy store kitchen. You will prep ingredients, follow recipes and SOPs, and ensure food safety standards.

Responsibilities include cutting, slicing, packaging, and assisting in multiple cooking venues, including catering orders. You will master recipe prep and daily production to meet demand while upholding quality and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary certification or equivalent training/work experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and SOPs precisely.
• Experience with high-volume food preparation preferred.

Responsibilities
