Job summary

Mighty Quinn's BBQ is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support food preparation and kitchen maintenance in a fast-casual setting. Team members will be cross-trained to cover multiple BOH stations and assist when needed to ensure guests have a great dining experience.

Responsibilities include setting up the line, maintaining cleanliness, and completing opening and closing duties as required. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb for up to 8 hours.
• Food Handler's Certification required.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Front/Back of house line for service
• Ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of BOH, equipment, and perform any other tasks required
• Complete appropriate shift duties, including opening, throughout and closing duties depending on shift being worked
