ACGBBQ, LLC is seeking Front-of-House team members in Mobile, Alabama. The position emphasizes guest service, upselling, and efficient cash handling, with responsibilities including greeting guests, seating, processing payments, and coordinating with kitchen staff.

Team members will work in a fast-paced Sonny’s BBQ environment, participate in ongoing training, and enjoy benefits and growth opportunities as part of a dedicated restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service
• Ability to upsell guests beyond their orders
• Process transactions and collect payment
• Assist with restocking items
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly
• Communicate with the kitchen staff
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned
