Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for weekend day or night shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, compassionate care for residents.

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

Position Summary
