Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an LPN for weekend day or night shifts. The role offers $29–$30 per hour, 12-hour shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor conditions, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation within a collaborative care team. Weekend options available with potential next-day pay.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Maintain continuing education and be in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
