As a Bay Host / Server at Drop Zone, you will deliver an awesome guest experience in our bays and throughout the venue. This role is ideal for high-energy, people-friendly individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take care of guests from start to finish, including food, drinks, service, and overall experience.
Greet and welcome guests to their bays, help them get settled, and provide a friendly, engaging first impression throughout their visit.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely, attentive service from start to finish.
Assist guests with bay setup and provide basic instruction on using bay technology and games to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bay areas, including clearing tables and resetting spaces between groups during service.
Monitor guest needs, respond quickly to requests, address questions or concerns professionally, and escalates issues to a manager when needed.
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and event staff to deliver smooth service while following all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Previous customer service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with guests and delivering friendly, attentive service.
This is a part-time, in-person role. Availability is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts scheduled as needed based on business demand.
Candidates must be at least 19 years old to serve alcohol in accordance with Nebraska state requirements.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced, high-volume environment are essential.
