ABOUT GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE ROLE

As a Guest Service Associate at Drop Zone, you will be the first impression for every guest who walks through the door. This role focuses on creating a fun, smooth, and welcoming experience by supporting check-ins, reservations, gameplay assistance, and answering guest questions throughout their visit.

Core Responsibilities

GUEST CHECK-IN & SUPPORT

Welcome and assist guests with check-in, reservations, and general venue questions while creating a positive first impression.

GAMEPLAY GUIDANCE

Provide basic game demonstrations and help guests understand how to play to ensure an enjoyable and smooth experience.

EQUIPMENT ASSISTANCE

Assist guests with golf clubs and equipment to help them get started safely and efficiently.

VENUE SAFETY & OVERSIGHT

Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe playing environment throughout all gameplay zones.

CLEANLINESS & ORGANIZATION

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, including guest service areas, bays, pickleball courts, and the putting course.

RETAIL & GUEST INQUIRIES

Promote and sell retail items when applicable, keep displays stocked and presentable, and respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.

Hospitality, retail, or entertainment experience is a plus but not required. This is a part-time, in-person role with starting pay from $15.00 per hour.
