Assist guests with golf clubs and equipment to help them get started safely and efficiently.
Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe playing environment throughout all gameplay zones.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, including guest service areas, bays, pickleball courts, and the putting course.
Promote and sell retail items when applicable, keep displays stocked and presentable, and respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Candidates should enjoy interacting with guests and providing friendly, helpful support throughout their visit.
Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment while staying positive, professional, and guest-focused at all times.
