Job summary

Pepperjax Development Company is seeking a friendly Host to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of seating in the dining area.

You will escort guests to tables, provide menus, and coordinate with waitstaff to maintain timely service while addressing guest questions about hours, specials, and promotions. Maintain a clean, organized host area and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area including keeping the reception area clean and tidy
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate wait times and communicate any special requests or considerations
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurants offerings including menu items and daily specials
• Follow all health and safety regulations
