Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to bays with energy and enthusiasm; recommend food, beverages, and games; drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Take orders accurately and quickly; keep bay areas clean, refilled, and organized.
• Maintain a strong team presence; collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver excellent player experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation standards; keep environment safe and clean.

Qualifications

• Experience serving food & beverages – prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks.

Physical Requirements

• Handle items up to 50 lb.; able to lift, bend, stoop, and carry.
• Stand for most of the shift; ability to walk during shift.
