What you will do in the role

• Welcome Players to the bays with energy and enthusiasm, explain Topgolf offerings, and recommend food, beverage, and game options to enhance the visit and drive sales.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized.
• Maintain a strong presence with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with keeping the bay clean and safe.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Remain on your feet for most of the shift; good stamina for walking throughout the shift.
• Engage in a variety of physical tasks throughout the day with a can‑do attitude.
• Maintain pace in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment.
