Job summary

Topgolf Providence is seeking a Service Support team member to help deliver food and beverages, keep bays clean, and support the floor during busy shifts. You’ll engage guests warmly, prep beverages, and assist Bay Hosts to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role requires a fast pace with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods. 16+ years old; pay starts at $11.50/hour plus tips.

We’re looking for a Service Support team member who brings hustle, hospitality, and a great attitude to every shift. You'll be the support system that keeps the guest experience running smoothly — delivering food and drinks, keeping bays clean, preparing beverages, and helping wherever the team needs you most. THE ROLE

The Service Support role is one of the most versatile on the floor. You'll prepare non-alcoholic beverages, deliver food and drinks to guests, bus bays, and keep the venue looking polished — all while engaging with guests and supporting your Bay Host teammates. This role requires speed, flexibility, and a guest-first mindset on every shift.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the Floor

• Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly so hot food stays hot, cold food stays cold, and everything arrives fresh and appetizing
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages according to Topgolf’s brand recipe standards at the beverage station
• Greet every guest you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner, making them feel welcomed and cared for
• Rotate between beverage station and floor support as needed — flexibility is key to this role

Keep the Venue Polished

• Clear, clean, and sanitize bays and tables promptly between and during guest visits
• Bus dishes, utensils, and food service vessels and return them to the appropriate dishwashing area
• Keep beverage stations, common areas, and service areas clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked to designated par levels
• Arrange table settings and ensure the venue always looks its best for incoming guests

Be a Reliable Team Member

• Support Bay Hosts and the broader floor team in whatever way is needed to keep service running smoothly
• Observe all responsible alcohol service guidelines to protect guests and the community
• Ensure guest safety while they play and flag any concerns to the management team immediately

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a service, hospitality, or food and beverage environment preferred
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Must be 16 years of age or older as required by state or local law

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Let's be real — this isn't your typical desk job! Here's what you'll need to do to thrive in this role:

• Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving continuously throughout the venue floor and multi-level bay areas; this role requires sustained physical stamina and consistent pace throughout the duration of each shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently, including food and beverage trays, bussing tubs, supply bins, and equipment across multiple levels of the venue
• Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and multi-level areas of the venue while transporting food, beverages, and bussed items throughout the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperature and weather environments on a frequent basis, including outdoor and partially outdoor bay areas, beverage stations, and air-conditioned indoor spaces
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions including carrying trays, bussing dishes, preparing beverages, and stocking supplies throughout the shift
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a high-energy, high-volume venue environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume floor environment while maintaining focus, service standards, and cleanliness under pressure
