Responsibilities – What You’ll Do in the Role

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, explaining Topgolf’s offerings and setting the stage for a memorable visit.
• Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each Player, using suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Take orders quickly and accurately, maintain Bay cleanliness, clear tables, restock drinks, and provide a welcoming space.
• Maintain strong teamwork presence, collaborate with fellow Playmakers, set up bays, and resolve concerns with a smile.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe experience for all.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; comfortable with bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Stand on feet for the majority of the shift, walking frequently.
• Engage in varied physical tasks consistently.
• Maintain endurance in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Legal Requirement

This role requires that you be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Compensation

Minimum $16.90 – Maximum $16.90 hourly. Tip eligible for certain positions.
