Job summary

Topgolf in Naperville, IL is seeking friendly guest-service team members to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and keep bays clean and organized while guiding guests on Topgolf technology.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, deliver exceptional service, and uphold Topgolf's Core Values. The role requires evenings, weekends and holidays, with base pay of $9 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to bays and share information on Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain bay cleanliness and organization, clear tables, and collect golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and explain Topgolf technology usage.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
