Job summary

Topgolf in the United States is seeking a customer service friendly team member to welcome guests to bays and share information on offerings. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, keep bays clean, and assist with bay setup while explaining Topgolf technology to guests.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work under pressure, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive guest experience.

• Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.
