Job summary

Topgolf is hiring Bay Hosts in the Tampa Bay area. You will welcome Players to bays with energy, recommend food and drinks, and drive sales through thoughtful upselling.

You’ll work with Playmakers to ensure a smooth, fun experience and keep bays clean and stocked for high-volume service. We seek individuals with a positive attitude, a team mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players with energy and enthusiasm and highlight Topgolf offerings.
• Take orders accurately, upsell food/beverage, and keep bays clean.
• Coordinate with Playmakers to deliver an outstanding experience across bays.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards for a safe, fun environment.
