Job summary

Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, keep bays clean and organized, and collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver a memorable Player experience.

Qualifications

• Experience serving food & beverages in hospitality or entertainment settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day.
• Open availability Friday–Sunday is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to bays with energy and enthusiasm and suggest Topgolf offerings to enhance their visit.
• Take orders quickly, accurately, and upsell food, beverages, and games.
• Keep bay areas clean and organized, clear tables, and maintain a welcoming space.
