Job summary

Topgolf Providence is seeking a friendly guest services team member to greet guests, explain offerings, and help guests enjoy the bays with Topgolf technology. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, assist with bay setup, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

We value fun, teamwork, excellence, edgy spirit, and caring. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
