Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience in multi-unit cafes, high-volume restaurants, or hotels.
• 8–10 years of experience directly supervising and developing senior-level managers.
• Proven track record managing large P&L, financial profitability, and leading diverse teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily cafe, production kitchen, and culinary operations across the territories.
• Oversee large-scale transitions, talent retention, and operational integration of high-volume scopes.
• Operationalize the overarching strategic vision for the account across functions and workstreams.
• Build multi-layered client relationships and represent the brand with senior teams.
