Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions within technology companies, startups, or recruiting agencies.
• Familiar with technical roles such as software engineering, ML/AI, robotics, and related areas.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills across platforms and channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, events, universities, and other channels.
• Build pipelines for software engineering, ML, robotics, autonomous driving, and related technical roles.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess experience, motivation, location preferences, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain timely communication with candidates and interview teams.
• Provide a professional, transparent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate data in the ATS.
• Support recruiting events, university outreach, and employer branding initiatives.
• Help improve recruiting processes, templates, reporting, and operations as the company grows.
• Manage multiple open positions and changing priorities with attention to detail.
