Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a driven Business Development Representative to open doors and build pipeline in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own outbound prospecting into new and underpenetrated accounts, focusing on AI, data center infrastructure, semiconductor, quantum, and aerospace/defense markets.

The role is field-oriented, with 1-2 days per week on customer sites, and involves researching target accounts, tailoring outreach to engineers, and ensuring clean handoffs to account

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering is preferred
• 5-7 years in technical B2B sales development or inside sales
• Familiarity with high-speed digital applications (PCIe, SerDes, DDR) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline in Bay Area by prospecting new/underpenetrated accounts across high-growth tech segments.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and in-person visits.
• Qualify leads and hand off to account managers with accurate Salesforce data.
• Spend 1-2 days per week in the field visiting customer sites to engage engineers and stakeholders.
