Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in development and fundraising environment.
• Track record of successfully soliciting and securing 5- and 6-figure gifts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, steward, and manage a portfolio of donors with 5- and 6-figure gifts.
• Develop strategies to acquire, retain, and diversify your portfolio.
• Work closely with local Executive Directors and other team members.
