MB Jessee Painting, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Paint Estimator to grow our Bay Area residential and commercial business. You will conduct on-site appointments, discover client needs, scope projects, and present detailed proposals to homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and a clear path to closing, with an opportunity to influence income and career growth within a respected local brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or similar consultative sales environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and move them through the sales cycle.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site sales appointments across the Bay Area with homeowners and decision-makers.
• Develop relationships, qualify needs, and present proposals.
• Scope projects, prepare professional proposals, and review plans or RFPs as needed.
• Maintain CRM, pipeline, and accurate forecast information; handoff to production after sale.
